He stands on your own two feet proudly and courageously taking what life throws at him and being confident in himself, and who he is, in good times and in bad. He’s not afraid to take risks especially if the rewards are great, and he’s not afraid to speak his mind even when doing so might alienate him from his colleagues. The boardrooms and the offices may not seem like the high seas to you, but they are every bit a battlefield as dangerous as those in the days of Captain Kidd.
