Why isnt my order going through?

If you're ordering at work behind a proxy server, you may be blocked from ordering due to security settings. Please send us an e-mail or give us a call with your requirements! Your credit card company may also be blocking the order due to them thinking you are travelling out of state. If this is the case, you will need to contact your credit card provider and then, give it another try.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 9:30am - 5:00pm eastern time Monday-Friday

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access. Also, we are partnered with Paypal: the world's leading online payment provider.

Is shipping really free over $75

The free shipping is valid for US residents.

Where do your products ship from?

95% of our products ship from the USA. The rest ship from Canada, the Uk and Italy.


How long will it take to receive my order?

In North America, most orders will take 4-6 business days to arrive. If the items are engraved or handmade, please add another 3-4 days to this estimate. Please call us for expedited shipping to guarantee delivery for a special event or date. Expect slow downs up to an extra 1-4 days during Christmas.

Do I have to pay sales tax or duty fees?

Both GST and PST will only apply to residents of Quebec where we are registered. GST will be charged to the remainder of Canada but not to any US state or the rest of the world. HST will be charged to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and NewFoundland. If you are ordering from Canada and one of our products is being shipped from another country, - taxes may be charged again at customs. Specific countries outside Canada may levy an import tax that is beyond our control. If you are ordering outside of the USA and refuse a package due to tax, duty or brokerage cost - you are liable for the entire order cost.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified.

In the US:

Regular ground and airmail: $5.95 (4-6 Business Days)
-Order may be shipped via ups, fedex or usps.

2 Day Shipping: $14.95
Overnight Shipping: $29.95
(No weekend deliveries)

You may receive your order in multiple packages an various couriers due to us having relationships with a few distributors. In regards to packages leaving from Canada: To help you in avoiding duty charges, we ship in bubble padded envelopes using Canada Post airmail. If you are ordering outside of the USA and refuse a package due to tax, duty or brokerage cost - you are liable for the entire order cost, no exceptions.

During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed at the final checkout. Unfortunately, we can not control customs or duties charges, brokerage fees or any fees related to cross border shipping for any orders. Keep in mind that 90% of our goods ship from the US.

What is the currency on the website?

Since most of our clients are American and 90% of our packages leave from the USA, Everything is in US/American dollars.

What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving. We can not accept returns on engraved items, unless there is a product defect or engraving error. Shipping charges are not refundable. They can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. If you have ordered a free shipping item or have benefited from free shipping, our initial shipping cost will be charged if returning the item(s), this usually varies from $6-$15 depending on size and weight.
If you are ordering outside of the USA and refuse a package due to tax, duty or brokerage cost - you are liable for the entire order cost. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.(This is the paperwork that comes with your order). If no packing slip is included, please contact us. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using Insured Parcel Post for your protection.

How do your engravings work?

It's fairly easy.
Simply read the product description in regards to how many letters you can engrave. With some products, you'll only have one font choice and some others, you'll have more -simply check out the product page for more information.
What about monograms or circle monograms? We will rearrange the last initial for you and place it in the middle so when you are placing your order and as an example -- if your name is Robert R. Smith please enter the initials RRS in this order. If you make a mistake in doing so, please do not ask for a refund, we cannot resell engraved goods.

What is your volume discount?

On certain items, a volume discount will appear. If you purchase multiples of the same item. You will automatically receive the discount. You cannot combine this discount with different products.
