Sold by LinkYourShirt.com - we are specialists in the sale of cufflinks, men’s ties, accessories and men’s gifts. We have established solid relationships with many of the best distributors in the gift business giving the client the opportunity to purchase quality gifts at an affordable price.
Shipping
We will arrange shipping within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of your order and verification of your payment information although more than half of our items ship same day. products are generally shipped using USPS or UPS.
Deliveries generally take 3-12 BUSINESS days to reach all addresses worldwide but usually take less than 5 business days to addresses in the US.
Your shipment may arrive in multiple packages. Items leaving from Canada and Europe do not carry a tracking number. If the goods have left LinkYourShirt's care and they are delayed, LinkYourShirt.com will track the item for you, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering the item.
Please remember that the client is responsible for any customs and duty charges or any other fees from cross border shipping. If
you are ordering outside of the USA and refuse a package due to tax,
duty or brokerage cost - you are liable for the entire order cost.
Payment Instructions
All payments must be made by credit card or paypal. All data entered in shopping cart is secured with a 256 bit security certificate to make sure the transaction is smooth, safe and secure.
Taxes
Only Canadian residents will be charged gst and pst. All international orders are tax free. Keep in mind, almost all of our items ship from the US. If you are ordering from Canada and one of our products is being shipped from another country, - taxes may be charged again at customs.

Return Terms
All sales other than engraved/personalized items come with a no questions asked 30-day warranty unless advertised differently or damaged in transit. We pride ourselves in delivering excellent customer service in case something happens that is out of our control. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will arrange replacement the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form directly on the credit card within one week. If damaged in transit, you must report this to us within 3 days of delivery.
*Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If you are ordering outside of the USA and refuse a package due to tax, duty or brokerage cost - you are liable for the entire order cost.
Specific terms are:
-For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with bill of sale.
-Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
-We can not accept returns on engraved items, unless there is a product defect or engraving error.
-Shipping charges are not refundable. They can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. If you have ordered a free shipping item or have benefited from free shipping, our initial shipping cost will be charged if returning the item(s), this usually varies from $6-$15 depending on size and weight.
-If
you are ordering outside of the USA and refuse a package due to tax,
duty or brokerage cost - you are liable for the entire order cost.
-Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price. -Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted without prior arrangement.
-A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
-Pick up service is not available for return merchandise.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
-The customer pays for shipping, but will be refunded if the unit is found faulty.
-We will inspect all returns, and it is at the management’s discretion to fix or replace and returns as appropriate.
